Excellent customer service! Tire on the Africa Twin was toast. They changed it out in under 45 mins. My dad’s bike front tire was starting to cup and they were willing to change his tire as well. Rolled in at 4:30 and was back on the road by 5:30. Highly recommend!

The parts guy took a bit of an advantage of me by charging $375 for a PR 6 rear tire because they knew I was in a bind on a cross-country trip, but the mechanic that did my work was a great guy and provided top-notch service in replacing my tire.
